I wasn't really a fan of pattaya at night time, but during day time it's really peaceful and chill especially by the beach area.
I originally intended to go to koh larn island but I didn't have enough time since I only spent 1 1/2 days and 2 nights there, I found out about this place called the sanctuary of truth and decided to go there instead. I also wanted to check out one of the famous ladyboy shows but I didn't buy tickets ahead of time so I couldn't go.
Instead I rode an ATV, checked out this cool wooden pagoda temple place, had some amazing pork larb over sticky rice from a street food vendor the morning before leaving and also had some amazing cauliflower curry with naan from an indian restaurant the night before.
If I ever find my self back in pattaya, I want to plan a solid trip to koh larn, like get a hotel over on that island and see what it's all about and then catch the ladyboy show at tiffany's since I heard that one is the top one out of all the other shows they have down there.
Koh Larn and hua hin are the top two beaches I want to check out, I've already been to koh lak down in phuket, it was alright, not very swimmable though but I saw some people trying to surf on the king's tide. crazy...I need to learn how to surf haha....
